Exhibitions and Trade Fairs (ETF) introduced our visitors to the Touch
Screen Survey Kiosks. ETF, as organisers of this event, were able to
identify the benefits of conducting a survey at each of the expos. The data
extracted from the survey provided ETF with specific information such as
the; type of visitors and demographics of the visitors who attended the
expo, how visitors became aware of the event, and what interest factors
attracted visitors to attend.
Within 72 hours of the Expo closing its doors,
